Sorry homie, I had sent these very shots (and thank you for posting them on the world wide interweb) to EBR. They were too big to post here without going through a file reduction exercise. Implying that I'm a thief is just being ugly, though. Do we need to go out back and work this out? |

Ok, the shipping from Ultimaterider is 85 euros, about $115 USD. I e-mailed EBR about fairings a few weeks ago too, never heard back. So I'm guessing nothing soon to be released. |

It's a form of interweb flattery Froggy. I've seen a few of my pix reposted too. It is good manners tho to credit the one you get the pix from even if you don't ask permission first... Z |

Well let's hope that it's a 1190RR style body kit - that would be sweet as I love the tail end of that thing ! And as to the pic of the AMA pace bike, that looks like the Buell accessory side panels, so I wonder where the belly pan went to - when I've asked about the EBR offering on here people have said that it won't mount up - but I'm wondering whether to give it a shot ! |

Frog and Zac - I agree that my etiquette may sometimes be lacking, and offer this for your consideration: 1) I didn't remember where I got the photos, as I had pasted them on my local a month or so ago so I could send them to EBR. 2) If you seriously are offended that I reposted without giving proper credit, I apologize. 3) It has been my experience that an unrestricted posting is just that - without indicating copyrights or other expressed restrictions against reposting, then it becomes part of the public domain (i.e., you have no claim to it any longer). I will make all efforts to be more sensitive in the future. |

I received a response rather quickly, and was added to a list for more information later... I do not see why they wouldn't want it posted as they offered up the information with just a simple question of "future offerings". "We are currently making a second version for the race bikes as well as a Danny Eslick replica for the street so I'll put you on the list and keep you posted as it comes along" -Flexi-Glass |

I'll be all over the Eslick street replica. I'm on the list as well. |

I believe there was a big discussion on how the AMA Pace bike fairings are NOT the same as the factory side fairings. |

There are several discussions about it. The $500 accessory fairings are NOT the same ones used on the AMA pace bikes and other race bikes. The $500 fairings will not work with the belly pan. |

Stirz007 - I was only joking! I don't care what you do as long as you aren't using my stuff commercially, and even then as long as you ask I probably would OK it |

That factory fairing is really nice... But it does make the front wheel look tiny LOL |

AMA Pace fairings not the same as factory; Agreed - Pace fairings include the reorientation of the radiators and deletion of fans. Probably a race-only application - not so good in stop and go traffic. Walt - where'd the belly pan come from? |

Walt, Nice pic! Where did you get that set from? ie bellypan, side pieces, ect? I want something that will replace the pods, not just cover it. axl |

It's the factory fairing kit and the pods are beneath them. I am curious about what belly pan that is, who fabbed it and how do I get one. Don't hold out on us Walt! -Tod |

I got the kit (belly pan included) from Henry Duga when Buell was still Operational. It's the sames as #44 only painted differently. Maybe it will be available from EBR. Keep in mind you will not be able to use the side stand with this faring. |

Walt, are your radiators setup as ram-air or stock with the fans? |

My quest has been satisfied. The 1125RR full body package has everything I need. Available through your local EBR dealer...(See my stolen photos posted above) |

Call Trev at FlexiGlass and tell him you want to know about version 2 of the FlexiGlass Ram Air Fairing. I'm already on the list to buy a set. I called and I'd like to compare notes with someone else that talks to him. Sounds like a good deal to me. Stirz, please let us know how you mount your new fairings. Also, which radiators will you use? Thanks! |

Dugg - I haven't purchased these yet - I'm pretty tapped out for now. My quest was to track them down and figure out what I was into ($1500 or so). The story is that you keep the existing radiators and hoses, lose the fans, shrouds and other pod stuff. The radiators mount in a squeeze fit using silicone sheeting. Reported weight loss is about 10 lb. My angle is that I need the belly pan for track time, and I wanted the fairings both to tie belly pan to the rest of the bike and to get rid of the fans and related gizmos. |

The current Flexiglass ram air panels would be $1100. You can see them on the 1125 DSB bike at the ESB Web site. But they don't look as good as the 1125RR panels. I have the straight Flexiglass panels now. They are cheap and easy to repair. But with the ram air panels you lose ~20# and run 20 degrees cooler. I'm still going to wait to see what Trev comes up with at Flexiglass. We will be in our summer break from June to Sept, so there's no rush for me.

Duggram, Where did you get that bellypan?? last time i looked flexiglass didnt have it on there page. and will the kickstand work with it?? i guess i could always trim it. I dont understand why they have a price for the "side panels with ram air" and then the additional "ram air" for purchase....the pricing confuses me... |

Belly pane came from the old BMC via Henry Duga. Grand Stand Designs sells one that looks the same as the one I bought. This could be because Flexiglass makes a lot of stuff for Buell. The complete Flexiglass ram air side panels with inside scoop comes to $550 a side. That's $1100 for both sides. |

Axl_rose, I was just checking on something else at the GSD Web site and noticed that their bellypan is called a competition lower, just like on the Flexiglass site. |
