I'm in CT. I've got a 2003 XB9sl (still don't know what diff there is between the s and the sl - maybe just the seat.) It's got 10k on it. I've got a full set of white plastic, full set of yellow and a ceebailys windscreen, heated grips and hand guards. I love the bike and would only let it go for an 1125r. But I'm in Connecticut. I think my bike is on my profile. | ||

SL has a lower suspension and seat than standard S models. | ||

Yes that is what I had in mind with the xb9L. Are you traveling to MINNESOTA with your bike? Sorry to disappoint but a trip to CT is not on the horizon. | ||

It has been great weather in Minnesota and I really couldn't resist going for a ride. I was trying not to put miles on it, so now it has closer to 8xxx. I appreciate the pm and just don't have the luxury of traveling with my schedule. I figured I would post the situation so that everyone understands. I would like to sell this mc, but can't give it away. In an attempt to find a way to sell it I will consider the following in "PARTIAL" trade: (this means something for your trade but I will get the bulk of the cash price) (a) a smaller enclosed cargo trailer. (b) a xb9L. (c) a 250F dirt bike. (d) any other interesting ideas. The 1125r is in great shape so I'm not interested in trading for junk but the above usable items. | ||

A brief response to all the pm replies...thanks for the invite to ride, I just might sometime. Thank you for the offers to trade cars but, I really need the bulk of the cash so it's hard to come even close on trading on a newer vehicle. Again thanks and I'm still willing to consider I just don't have a lot of room to work with. YIKES...(ps to all) just talked to my accountant and apparently I will not be receiving a refund this year.
