Hey Buffalobolt.... I am feeling last night! I just started week 4 and it was a good one! But, I am a dumba$$.... I was into the first routine so much I forgot to do the week 4 "easy" routine.... opps! No biggie... its not like I'm going to see the results I want in the first 90 days. I hope this working out thing sticks for the long haul |

With being out sick there for a couple of weeks, I'm a bit behind you, even though it looks like we started about the same time. I'll start week four next week. I'm really enjoying (?!) these workouts and I'm feeling much better, and have more energy. Heck, I'm even getting more reps in each time on the AbRipper. I just CAN NOT get into that Yoga though! Dull, dull, dull. Challenging, but dull... |

The yoga gets blown off a little. The ab ripper X is killing my legs. I'm to the point I can do the first 25 reps and make it about 10 to 12 into the bicycle thing before I'm fried. That $hit BURNS! But abs is what I need to do the most.... bummer! |

I have been sanding and buffing a long bed 4X4 pickup for about eight of fourteen hours of today, an hour or so to go yet. That is a work out that I could do without, damn I will be sore for the next few days! I wish my pants would stay up! |

The ab ripper X is killing my legs... Mine to! My legs and back hurt more than my Abs. I'm able to more more of them each time. My nemesis are those darn V-ups! Damn! Those are killers! Heck, I'm getting worse than my teenage daughters for standing there, looking in the mirror, these days! She failed to see my excitement about being able to start seeing some definition in my Abs! |

I took my 30 day pics last night. I can see some change but I really have to look. My wife says she sees a big difference.... But, I'm a little harder to please. AB Ripper... I like the pulse ups and v-ups and climb your leg... bicycle sucks! |

Wolfie, I'm on week 8 I was the same way at 30 days. I defenately felt better than I looked, the pictures really brought that out though. At 8 weeks I'm looking and felling better than I have in a long time. I was shooting for 195, on Sunday I was 191 and still dropping. My healthy high is supposed to be 184. I'm not really looking for it, I'll stabilize, where ever it evens out. |

are you still eating your cheerios wolf. i haven't been exercising, just watch what i eat for the most part. spending way to much time on the interweb and not doing to many honey do's and still woke up at 165.8 this morning. |

are you still eating your cheerios Every morning... they stick with me until about 1130 or 12 then I will eat a banana or apple. That holds me over until about 230 and then I have another nana or apple and a bag of peanuts, that will hold me until dinner. |

Buffalo, I was trying to follow their diet, but the rules are kinda vague, I wasn't really clear on the substitutions. Since the wife was doing X with me she talked me into the Weight Watchers diet. Once I got used to the point system it was smooth. You even get extra points for your workouts. |

the first 45 minutes is a pain... but then it goes into balance stuff. I like the faster stuff. The low light, soft music just doesn't cut it..... LOL Maybe that's why I started riding Buells. |

Neil, you must enjoy hanging out with us fat guys! If you lost any more weight you would be like Froggy, getting 80 mpg on everything, but the wind would never actually hit you! It would just pass by with a little hiss. |

That is good with me. I always thought that when people reached their goal in Weight Watchers or Jenny Craig, that they got thrown out. Well I guess they just stop paying for the program so they move on to hang out somewhere else. I forget this is free! I enjoy your company.....glad you are sticking it out! It may help you stay on the wagon to, who knows? |
