Is there enough slack in the brake hose,clutch cable and wiring to put taller bars on an X1? |

dont know, it will be close, but ill let you know shortly. I will be raising mine at least 1" maybe more. |

Yes, I have S3T bars on mine and all of the stock cables still have enough slack. You may need to cut some of the wire ties to let the cables "breathe" but they will reach. |

I had to do the same thing with the wire ties when I put XB top clamp risers on my ULY to raise the bars. (Message edited by buellish on April 08, 2010) |

Yes and I second the cutting few cable ties thing. All said and done it was a quick change and back on the road in an hour with new grips. |
