I've been doing some analysis and I've found the following points. If anyone has useful insight on any of these differences, please post them up.

Tables/Functions:
- Front and rear fuel maps are different and BUEZD has more datapoints.
- 2nd Fuel Map Front/Rear are different. BUEYD is more rich.
- Fuel Pulse Endpoint Table appears to be slightly more refined in BUEZD.
- Timing tables from BUEZD are definitely more refined.
- Acceleration Enrichment Temp Adjustment table is different.
- Battery voltage correction table is different. I know this one makes a big difference in driveability based on experience with larger high performance V8 engines.
- Closed Loop Region Lower Boundary table is different.
- Front Cylinder Correction table may be more refined on BUEZD.
- Fuel Pulse Endpoint Table for Engine Temp is different.
- Idle Air Control Key-On Position table is different.
- Idle Air Control Throttle Position Adjustment is different.
- Idle Correction table is different.
- WOT Spark Advance Reduction and Startup Fuel Pulsewidth tables don't look proper for BUEZD.

Flags/Switches:
- Spark Advance Reduction Configuration: Deactivate when no accel is Enabled on BUEZD.
- Starter Interlock: Sidestand interlock is Enabled on BUEZD.
- VSS Config: Different between BUEZD and BUEYD.

Scalars:
- AFV Rear is greater on BUEZD.
- Fuel PI Controller values are different.
- Full Acceleration Condition value is different.
- Idle Max Engine Speed is higher on BUEZD.
- Idle Max Load is lower on BUEZD.
- There is quite a bit more, but it's tiring and tedious!
