God damn that Barracuda is a sweet looking bike. While HD may never get involved in sportbikes ever again (very likely), maybe if HD feels enough backlash about killing Buell they might relent to letting EB use the HD-owned intellectual property to build the Barracuda. Wishful thinking obviously. | ||

the b2 was going to be chain drive according to the artical it was to save weight about 3lbs off the rear wheel. also the clip-ons where going to be mounted below the top clamp it was supposed to mimic the gsxr ergonomics for seating just picked up a copy of the mag. a few days ago. the rest i dont know but the bike looks amazing. | ||

The CW article also revealed that Erik Buell gets the chance to start selling street bikes again, approximately one year from now. I didn't know this, and man, that got me excited. HD needs to die. This is justice. It may be reborn, rising up from the ashes as something else. But it needs to die now. | ||

You're right, America needs to keep people employed, no matter what. Even when said company is an aberration, whose name *used to* mean something, producing ridiculous motorcycles and selling them to biker-boy wannabees who truck their bikes into Sturgis for the big rally then ride around pretending they got there on two wheels. Meanwhile, Buell was the only authentic item HD had. Bitter I am, and I am sorry if I offended. But the demise of Buell is just the tip of the iceberg. | ||
