It's a modified Edelbrock Pro-Flow A/C available for $25 at O'Reily Auto Parts. It has a 5" opening for 4-barrel carbs, so my friend Jorge cut and welded in an adapter plate and cut the opening for the carb and drilled the holes. Here's pics. Early progress. Plate cut and welded, but not cleaned or drilled cleaned and drilled, but not painted (I wanted black) installed, still not painted painted and installed

There's 7 pics. Dunno why you don't see them? I see 'em fine. They're from photobucket. |

Thanks guys; I'm happy with how it turned out. I think I'll look for a round one though, in the future. I like the way this one looks sometimes, and then sometimes I don't. I think a round one with the same foam style element would look good. I like a somewhat large A/C though because the smaller ones choke the motor. |

The pictures finally loaded, nice aircleaner, but I never had to shrink a picture to see what it was. |

Lol, sorry about that. I guess I should look into how to shrink pictures. |

Easiest way is to set your cameraphone to take lower rez pictures. A lot of times, the huge resolution is just extrapolated up with no additional detail. |

My iPhone automatically adjusts the pic size a little bit according to amount of light, which determines the quality of the picture. I could change my photobucket upload as size option, but then the pics will be too small when I want them large. I like the big pics because it's easy for me to view, with good detail; I would just like to find out how to link to a thumbnail view. |

I like it. I think the classic rounded triangle look goes with the lines of the bike well. Flows with the body and frame. Gives it that musclecar look without being a hypercharger style... |

Anybody who looked at my S2 thought the carbon fiber air cleaner cover is among the coolest things on that bike. I have to agree. Why would you take that cool item away and, assuming you don't have one, instead of spending $50.00 for a clean, used one on eBay going in this direction instead? I can't get this in my head. Then again, I don't get the wild paint scheme either. The first thing anybody asks about pretty much any bike they are looking to buy is: is it, clean, stock, unmolested? Do you get what I'm trying to say? You may not intend to sell that bike, ever, but should that time ever come, it will hurt your wallet. |

This bike is my toy, and I don't plan on getting rid of it any time soon. The Carbon HamCam won't fit with the Force exhaust. $50 might buy me the carbon cover anyway, but it won't buy me the complete A/C, which I was lacking. I have a Unique Carbon Fiber Hamcam hangin in the closet anyway, just no backplate or filter. People that don't get the paint also don't get the XB wheels or anything else in the works. I don't worry about resale. I'm sittin' at about 40,000 miles on the thing right now and in this market resale is s#%^ anyway. |

If you think that side is wild, check put the other side. It's a bit more busy, though it doesn't say my middle name like the right side does.

Yeah, I like it because it's plenty big enough to not restrict airflow. Another nice thing is the foam is plain foam that can be replaced anywhere. |

Who wants to ride a clean, stock, unmolested bike? Boring. Looks nice Ross, a little big for my taste though. Maybe just a size smaller? |

I dig it. Real custom and looks good. I wish the right side was as busy with the flames though. The black on white looks good. |

Well, everyone has their opinions, but I've seen a lot more '50s hot rods with flame paint jobs than I've ever seen on imports. |
