Fuscat, I haven't talked to anyone, but I would assume that they are meeting at the OTHER PLACE for bike night and dinner. I won't be there, I'll be pulling off my forks tonight and taking them to Topeka tomorrow. I do plan on making the CLUB meeting next Wednesday.... Jeff |

Blaster, It'sa hard to guess the true extent of damage that was done to your bike via net. That said, I would listen for an exaust leak if you suspect the studs to be screwed up. You might even take a 1/2 in. socket and see if the stud turns with the nut. I'd say other than that, that area should be ok, once again "without seeing the bike". Hope I could help ya..... Fuscat, E-mail me your full name, address, and phone number(s) so I can get ya entered in the system. We pinged Buell on the recall status...all except 1 are open. Shock, swingarm, tank breather valve, sidestand switch, and a couple others I can't recall atm. You can call me at work too...913-422-3400 Sorry about the wait...meant to catch you tonight at the other place.

Neill You got it! total your looking at $44.80 unless prices have changed. I was a little off but pretty close! I can't remember now what these are: Optional: 50785-98YA Footpeg Assy, left 1ea $8.10 50786-98YA Footpeg Assy, Right 1ea $8.10 I don't think I used them I can't remember. That would have made my total more and I don't remember it being that high. I ordered all the parts through David Chall at Topeka. I like the setup. I think polished out would look nice, just something I don't have the money for. Seems to be alot of that lately! |

This is from the HSTA board and SLAB...See if you guys have any interest in it...The Elbow Inn is a biker bar just a bit west of Rolla on a beautiful stream...And the BBQ is great, to boot... Next Saturday's Ride to Rolla Ed Young and I were thinking that next Saturday might be a good time to go back to The Elbow Inn for some BBQ...There will again be a swimming opportunity as, most of you know, it's right on the Big Piney river...We'll post directions later in the week...I was thinking a 0900 Eureka QT leave time would give us a bit of a chance to ride some better roads on the way down... See Ya! Bob |

Derek, I went to Central today to purchase the peg set-up, but the package now retails for $125.00 since the parts sub to new numbers. It looks like I will try the Topeka, or Waterloo dealers next to see if they can do better. Neill |
