Sunday I purchased an ECM for my bike, via EBR.COM. I received the automatic purchase confirmation email. I also opted to pay the premium for priority shipping. Monday afternoon, I still have no tracking number. I email them, and get a response Tuesday morning. I was just told you should get a tracking number at some point. I responded asking if it HAD shipped, it is now Wednesday afternoon and I've got no tracking number, no email response, no ECM, and no way to contact EBR by phone. What gives? Everywhere else I read about the great customer service provided by EBR yet I feel like I'm being dooped. |

Weird - I shipped normal 3-5 days, got a tracking number within 24 hours of ordering, and parts arrived on date promised. |

Its been only about 48 hours since your order, most orders ship within 72 hours (3 business days) based on what I have seen on other posts and my own orders. |

They are very busy right now. I have a message in to Michael, and he said it would be a little bit for him to get back to me. No problem for me, but I know how hard it can be to wait for toys! Be patient if you can, they will most certainly take care of you. All my interaction has been great and I don't expect that to change. |

I sent a question in on Sunday morning just because it was something on my mind at the time . I expected a response on Monday , maybe , but Michael sent a reply to my question a little later on a Sunday morning!! Rick |

I called and spoke with Mike, he stepped up and helped me out. Sounds like they are just very busy with the 1190RR program, and maybe a little understaffed at the moment. He made things right and took care of me. I can't say anything bad about EBR. |

Took 8 days to get a tracking num from EBR on my last order. Whatever, this is not outside normality. info@ebr was quick when I did have a question (install related...), grab a lude and chill, as long as you have a receipt you have nothing to worry about. (as an aside, my part ordered on the 16th had a qa sticker from the 18th, I think they are literally making this stuff as we speak. I'm just STOKED we can get this stuff (not like before where you needed a racing license) |

I sent an email question last Thurs, got a reply that same day, ordered that day, got my ECM yesterday, in a time where I get let down by most companies, EBR seemed very responsive & I was thrilled to support them with a purchase. Sorry you had a prob, hopefully it was just a fluke. |

EBR is top notch bro. They have done me favors recently that just shocked the crap out of me. I have had email responses at weird hours and on weekends. I Have even had the man Erik respond personally. Give these guys a break. SMALL shop trying to stay above water. It's great EBR is busy. Bodes well for us in the future. I hate these knee jerk threads. |

This is a site for positivity when talking about Buell's....so what about the rice burners they sound like angry bees when they crack the throttle turning 13000-15000 rpm like a kids toy not like a real manly mans machine.......

I have had nothing but great service from EBR. High quality parts, speedy shipping, great support. Its nice to do business with a company that actually cares about its customers. |

I think a key aspect to help EBR would be to let them know if the parts requested are needed for a race bike... EG: You just had a club race and crashed and need a replacement gizmo for the next race... If ther eis anyway you can indicate the priority it might help them attend to racers vs average joe priorities. I'm just average joe... and in no way do I want my order to come before a Bueller who needs race parts to keep that Buell on the track and winning. Just an idea... Now I'm off to order some average Joe parts from EBR. |

In the special instructions box you might include (If you don't seriously need the parts ASAP EG: Races to win...) something like this... "This is a low priority order, please process and ship at your convenience." Understandably that when EBR gets going full swing I don't think orders and shipping will be an issue at all but these guys have come a long way in just a short time. I am sure it is their goal to provide orders/shipping to all customers no matter what their need. The only reason I feel my order is not important is because I certainly don't need my parts before a racer does. I am more than willingly to wait to help facilitate their priorities. |

I ordered myself a shiny new EBR ECM last Friday night. By Wednesday I hadn't heard from them other than the initial "thanks for your order" email and was starting to get a little worried. So I went home from work Wednesday night planning on sending an email... and the UPS box was sitting by the front door. Now all I need is my new Barker can and I'm ready to blow a Saturday afternoon in the garage. EDIT: Update from Friday night: (Message edited by dms on April 03, 2010) |
