Over the winter I upgraded my transmission to a Baker XL6. It's a decent setup, the bad thing is my speedo is reading high now, it's about 10 to 15 mph off. It's not a huge deal but it is a mild annoyance. Was wondering if there is a fix to this, other than going back to the original five speed. Can these speedometers be recalibrated somehow? Sanders |

You need a Speedo Healer, about $90. |

...I love my tuber front-wheel-cable-drive-speedos You should be able to contact Baker, I'm sure they have a correction device. Although unless you changed pulleys, output shaft speed should be the same as before as it's directly connected to the rear wheel via the belt and pulleys..... |

Thanks Jramsey, I had never heard of the Speedo Healer. Seems like the way to go, pulling the XL6 out is not an option. |
