ok after about 120 miles of ridding my check engine light came on after I got through stop and go traffic. I stopped at the next light shut the bike down started it back up problem solved. Really is the problem solved or should I take it in? |

What year is the bike? And has the charging system recall been done on it? |

09 1125R, serviced march 15th or so. Yes, new charging system sub harness has been put on. |

It would greatly help if you posted the error code so we would know why it came on. Does your bike still have the intake solenoid? |

Yes my bike has the noid. I bought the extended warn. and plan to keep it OE so I can ride the crap out of it. The error code now that I didn't even think to check or look for. Will this display on any toggle your on? |

I have put almost 300 miles on it since the sup harness. |

Same thing happened to mine. The dealer checked the code it was for low fuel pressure. There is a problem with the pressure sensors. They have noted it but haveln't replaced it yet because they say it is still the same batch and you might get a good one or you might get a worse one. A worse one caused the bike to cut out. In my case it just had the light with no impact on performance. Get your dealer to read the code. If it is this they should not it and replace it when a better batch of sensors comes out. |

To check the code, hold down both the toggle and mode buttons while turning the ignition key on. This will enter diagnostic mode on the instrument cluster. |
