What's a good intercom system or blue tooth? wanna listen to music without ear phones going to my phone in my jacket pocket, and be able to change the song as well. |

Scala Rider G4. I use the older model Q2 and love it. |

I'm planning on that Rider G4 ... WebBikeWorld just put a pretty good review up on YouTube of it. A bit pricey at around $250, but I think it's worth it being able to answer possibly important calls on long trips (I have a scout system of friends who come across inclement weather or traffic jams) and just to listen to music in stereo over Bluetooth. Just not in the budget at the moment. |

I got the G4. Its great. I haven't hook up with BrettX1 yet to use the comm yet, but everything works perfect. I don't know if the Q2 does this or not, but when your listening to music at speed, the volume is up. When you come to a stop, the volume drops low so your not as distracted and can talk to your neighbor! Very Nice! Only problem is, they are running out of stock. I got the powerset on ebay for $388. Now they are around $480 or so. I have a buddy that wants one and he called around and they are gone. He said they had talked to the owner of the Scala Rider and he didn't expect to sell this many this fast. The ones that are being made now are going overseas! Little FYI |

im partial to j and m from my cruiser days haven't installed it yet but do used the headset for tunes though. my only complaint with them is the cable interface is very noisy(wind) other than that they are the best i've seen and used outside of the factory systems in harley and the goldwing |

+1 on the g4 GF and I just got ours and went on our 1st ride with the new headset. (also our 1st all buell ride, she rode my XB9 and I took the CR) The g4 worked great, no it didn’t go a mile but it did go pretty far. I cant really say what the exact distance is but we tried to test the range on the freeway by having her take scoot ahead, she was a pretty small dot and the headset was still working. Also, we can hear clearly even over the hawk exhaust on the XB. In fact the headsets can be too loud. Also it worked great on the tight goat road that we were on. We didn’t separate too much but there were a few times that we weren’t within line of sight and the headsets were still working. Battery lasted the full trip as well. The full ride was around 4 hours of riding time. Also tested the music listening via stereo bluetooh, the a2dp worked perfectly and we controlling the music was easy. The radio is a bit hit or miss as sometimes it doesn’t turn on when I try to activate the radio but it does work and seems to work well enough. Overall I highly recommend it. I was able to find a set on ebay for $405 shipped. |

How about this. Has some good reviews and I believe it the same as the WebBike World review. |

Howdy Chessm. Your post made me recognize you from BARF. I figured you had to be over here just couldn't tell who you were. BTW, I use JO EBRMC over there since RatsMC could be any one of the club. |
