Drive by, the sound is too loud for the microphone so it gets distorted. Its the best I could do with what I had. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3uoFmg4j7z0 |

People have gone back and forth saying the EBR system is louder, or the FMF full race system is louder. Since I have the FMF full system, I must say it sounds almost exactly the same as mine at idle. Since I just noticed you're in Michigan, a meet up should be arranged. |

That sounds incredible. Best I've heard for that bike. |

Might get a dyno run next week, both shops were booked til then. Seems to run strong and smooth now. Ear plugs required for long rides. |

I bet you need earplugs. I was at the 200, and when Paul's (James Gang) bike was fired up in the pits....whoa! Sweet...but definitely LOUD. You could definitely hear him, Walt, and Shawn when they went by during the race though! "zing-zing-zing-zing-ROARRRRR-zing-zing" |

I want one of these exhausts but it would cost a small fortune here in the UK with import duty etc - you lucky lads in the USA |

Free Spirits exhaust was second over the Buell and I could get the Buell exhaust and ecm for less than just the exhaust from Free Spirits. |

Yeah GORGEOUS welds. Look at the symmetry and flow. Some very, very talented hand did that. Someone else has to come up with a "street packing" for it, because EBR is under strict control by HD license to not sell street parts (I think - right?) I'd be interested to see someone do a EPA/DOT style db test with this EBR setup vs. the FMF or Barker pipes. How much louder is it and where in the rev range is the biggest diff? |

Thanks for the vid and the close up shots. That's a great set up. You are not kidding about being loud. |

Thanks to EBR, they picked up my post on this forum complaining about the cost of EBR parts in the UK and got in contact with me to see if they could help out - well done EBR. |

DJ so what was the outcome of contact with EBR? |

Mine just arrived today. I once worked as a welder, putting myself through school back in the day. The quality of work on these pipes is excellent, some of the best I've ever seen. "stack of dimes". There isn't much to the can - pretty much straight through. BUY THEM!!!Buy Them NOW!! |

Oh yeah - I checked with EBR and there apparently is not an ECU/Exhaust package deal. |

I keep coming back to look at the pictures... The quality of the welds on there is quite astonishing! |

It would be cool to have some sort of street baffle that you could insert and take out when you would want to. REX |

It's funny how we all want to buy these "race only" parts for our street bikes |

You guys know the credit card commercial phrase "priceless"....Every race bike I build gets started in the shop no regards to time, my neighbors a race fans(thankfully), staring a race prepped Buell in the garage at 2am....PRICELESS. And yes the exhaust systems are a work of art. |

Why do they use the springs? I've seen that before, and never asked...remember there are no stupid questions, just stupid people asking them... |

Yes, I believe there would be interest in a package deal. Depending on the price, I would be interested |

Springs are shown in one of the above photos. Maybe take group orders at the homecoming? Hopefully we can see all of these cool new parts during this time. REX |

Springs allow the parts to move where welds would break. I doubt anything like 30% would happen but if there were a group of orders I'll be we could petition Erik to knock a bit off a package deal . . hey at the very least you can ship the ECU in the exhaust package, right? Be mindful he's selling a lot of this stuff for about half what HD was. |

I like the best deal possible, but think we should also keep in mind the size of Erik's shop. A small "mom and pop" sized organization it not getting to leverage huge volume discounts from suppliers, and can't dip into the 30% discount range except on rare occasions. Well, at least they shouldn't, if they plan to stay in business. |

These are hand welded by a very talented fabricator, and candidly he can barely make them fast enough for the current demand. And we don't charge much for them compared to what we pay. A group order wouldn't help. We are looking into other options to get close to this performance at a lower price. But they won't have this level of welds! |

That would be cool I would love to see a more "streetable" Pipe at a lower price. I would much rather give EBR my money than some other ass hat. |
