Now that Buell has less than 1000 new bikes for sale, do you think they will discount them like they did in October's fire sale on Lightning's and 1125s? It would be nice to find deals like this again....... (Message edited by i.p._freely on March 20, 2010) |

Where was this? The dealers here in Kansas were selling 1125's for just over $6000 the week after the ax announcement. I just picked up a new '09 Lightning Long a week ago for less than $7000.. |

i think that the smart dealers will mark them up seeing as there are so very few left, and now with more people owning them due to the last fire sale people will know about them creating a small increase in demand |

I asked this morning if they had a layaway plan, and they said no. Not for Buells...............They had a sweet black CR sitting there looking at me............ |

Hey Dio, I think it was the Ocala dealership in Florida if I remember right. Somebody posted the pic back in October on advrider. I wonder why some of the Buells got deep discounts in October, but they were only taking $2000 -$3000 off Ulysses? Anyhow, I'm in the market to buy a 2008-2010 Blue XB12SS and just looking for a deal like the 1125's. |

Syracuse NY dealership dumped the 1125's for under 5 grand also . I bought a new 09 xb12ss there for $6700.00 just after the axe fell . |
