Can someone tell me how to replace the valve seals, I already have the heads off. Just wondering if I need special HD tools that the manual refers to or if I can/should do this myself or pay someone else to do it? The dealer wanted to charge like $90 an hour (estimated 2 hours per head) so screw that.

You will need a suitable spring compressor, the seal could be installed with e a socket or like if you know the feel of what you are doing.
2 hrs just to install seals? If i'm dragging my heals i could lap them in also in half that

In the manual it basically looks like a c-clamp, but not sure if a basic c-clamp would work. I found this tool for $15 that looks like it would work though:

Okay so how do you lap the valves?
Any step by step details would be great on any of this stuff, or any things I should be careful not to do.
