I've been working on my bike over the winter and finally got it all back together and working today. Here is the before, during and after. The during was actually only part way through the strip. I took off a lot more than that.

Yeah, the rails were a must for me. The rails, pegs, tailpiece, headlight assembly, levers, and triple trees are all poweder coat. The platics were all painted.

I had actually put a nice drag bar on and i really liked it, but is wasn't allowing smooth action on the clutch and lacked space to properly apply the brake because of the resevoir...

I plan on doing more either this summer or next winter though. I want the headers and exhaust cermacoated and I am thinking about powder coating the primary case and I want the forks annoed.

BLACK!? You ruined it! Nah, I like it. Looks good. The pipe looks good under it. I keep thinking about painting my stock pipe flat white.

Yeah, i realized after the pics that I hadn't installed the mirros yet... they're on there now. Just some cheap barrends.

And to anyone thiinking about powder coating... do not powder coat your Pazzo or any adjustable) Levers. The powder coat is too think and it screws up the adjuster. Mine now have to be diassambled to adjust.

Oh, and if any gets a seat cowl like that... it doesn't fit on the Select seat (which is why I'm back to the Scg seat). I found out the hard way when i broke one side of the cowl's connecting screw hole. It still stays on the other seat though... But i thought I had thrown $150 down th edrain when I snapped it. Thankfully I still had my other seat.

Where did you pick up that seat cowl/cover?

I really like the looks of that.

I had to order it from Europe... a place called solobuell. It was pricey though. About 90 euros and another 40 euros for shipping. That works out to roughly $195 or so... and of course, it was unpainted...}

Wow! I got my fake carbon fiber one for $30 on ebay years ago. I was painting it black anyway.

Chris, our bikes have alot of the same mods now. Check my pic in my profile. I'm in the process of repairing my blown base gasket among other things and will be painting the primary and cam covers gloss black. Then i'm done i swear! haha!

Slick, you painted the frame, swingarm and exhaust too... I like it!

I had found a real corbon fibre one on e-bay for less but hesitated to buy it. Then when I was finally ready to buy it, I couldn't find it again, so I just sucked up the cost and bought this one... oh well...
