100% better with bellypan. Bellypan would look 100% better without stickers. |

The color-coordinated stripes are fine. Rockstar and Monster advertisements are cheesy, plus that green screams "Kawasaki". I don't have much issue with a decal for a part/accessory that is used on the bike, but it needs to be done tastefully. I can't imagine putting beverage stickers on my bike- that's for billboards and delivery trucks. From what I understand, the 1125 was intended to have a bellypan but for undisclosed reasons it did not make it into production. The bike looks much better with a bellypan (as intended), and your bike proves it. |

How did you make the frame and swingarm carbon effect ? Was it a DIY job or professional vinyl wrap. Looks so so so good |

I made it from aluminum sheet , I forget the exact gauge but about 3/16ths . I made paper and cardboard templates and transfered to CAD and had it laser cut for clean lines . Then had the front piece welded on , filler primer and paint .... |

I guess if I knew how many I could actually sell so that it would be worth my while and at the same time hopefully enough to bring the cost per pan down to a resonable level . I've been asked several times in the past but on a one by one basis the cost can be high , nor could I promise perfect pieces , but wish I could help out fellow Buellers who love this bike as much as I do .... |

What about using sheet metal and pop riveting it together. Well that's my plan LOL |

Out of curiosity .... What's reasonable ? How much is a mass produced fiberglass pan ? I can't compete with that .... So what's reasonable ? IYHO |

Its the HPE Race Slip On , the belly pan mounts directly to the motor and rear sets |
