Harold, I'm unfamiliar with the Force systems but with the stock headers, the 98- are designed for the rear pipe to be routed above the straight frame rail. 99+ headers are designed to route under the "stepped" frame rail on those model years.

The O2 sensor bung really doesn't make much difference. It can be easily added or plugged depending on your needs.
