Y0500.2AMA is the current number, backordered til 02/26/10... today's the 28th so it should be off once things roll tomorrow. Check again tomorrow sometime and see if it's released. edit> this is for my 08R, should be same for 09 "R"s also. Zack (Message edited by zac4mac on February 28, 2010) |

I can't get my dealer to give me an answer. I've left my number twice with no return call. I guess it'll get here when it gets here. |

Hey, Harley is meeting their requirements to have parts in their system for 7 years... Nobody said anything about *shipping* them. I fear that's going to be the death of these bikes... sitting at dealerships gathering dust, waiting for parts that will never ship. |

I ordered a 2010 front master cylinder on 1/7/10 and it is still on backorder. Shows the same date as your cluster. I'm a few days away from canceling the order and going radial. I understand why this is happening, I just hope this doesn't happen on everything. They should be able to work through the backlog and get things back on track. Let's keep our fingers crossed... discovered that my cluster on my 08 R had a bunch of moisture in it, just talked to the local dealer to see if it was a warranty issue and I was told that they are not a sealed unit and they are designed to be able breath and the only time they were replacing the clusters for this is if the condensation stains the face or the glass for those who have had their clusters replaced for this does the information I was given sound correct? |

I was told the same thing at my local dealer. |

Back ordered in Nov 2009, fitted Saturday - had LFL/CEL and the condensation was making the unit virtually unreadable - Buell UK/Chester HD did the decent thing and replaced it under warranty. (Message edited by Dirty_john on March 01, 2010) |

Not that it matters, but I recently canceled my order for the 2010 master cylinder. I ordered it on 1/7, and it is STILL on backorder with NO end in sight. Time for aftermarket. I sincerely hope you fare better! |
