I loved the 1125. even more than i liked my XB. Cold stock tires didnt like the cold track....Nuff said about that but Andrew will get a little work from me when i head back to work later in the month. | ||

they don't like the cold street either... I have rode out a few nice second gear drifts in the am on the way to work! Roll it on easy until they heat up! Whats up your sleeve? Did you try out the ebr ecm at the track? | ||

Didnt get a chance to try the ECM. with the low side and rain the day was shorter than i wanted. The work im am refering to is the stuff that needs replacing...slider, case savers bar ends and some body work.. my son says now my bike has some street cred but i would have prefered to keep it looking new for a few thousand more miles V the 50 or so i got to put on it. lesson learned the hard way. its still up and running though. i put the mirrors back on today and im looking to take it out a few more times before i head back to Baghdad in 2 weeks. if any one is up for a ride hit me up. 585 309 1501 Tim | ||

Its about 120 miles to prescott northwest of the valley. You go up through wickenburg, over yarnell pass, then up through the spars. I'm going to have to go on Sunday, got the grandkid on Saturday. | ||

Not sure im up for a 250 mile day on the Buell. My elbow is still sore from the crash. i think im gonna have it checked out with my other appointment for old age joint pain. I want to ride though so either sat or sun is good. i can just drop out along the way if i feel like ive had enough. Tim | ||

Funny, I've always thought 300 miles was a short ride, and 600 to be a good ride. I guess nobody would be interested in show low for lunch this summer? There is always tortilla flats, or the Superior, Winkelman, Globe loop for you east siders. They are all short mileage. Even shorter is just riding out on the bush highway along the salt river. There are plenty of rides out there gentlemen, just pull up mapquest and look for curvy roads! | ||

with as low as my clip ons are 25 miles is a decent ride  anyone have a muffler for a xb? trying to line a few changes up on my bike and may need one. just so everyone knows i'll be parting out an xb12ss in the next day or so, so if anyone needs anything or wants to trade let me know. | ||

South mountain would be in that ballpark Andrew. Central to everyone, easy to ride, plenty of curves. Everyone can go there and back and still be under 50 miles on the odo. Deb says we have the grandkid next weekend, so I think we are going to ride to Globe on Saturday, she is comfortable riding her bike up there, and sunday Kelly and I are going up to Prescott. well i put some renthal bars on my bike this afternoon so i'm good for some distance. wayne and i are up for bagdad since neither of us have been there. who's in? we could have two meet spots since tim lives in the far west valley. | ||

Xtreme, we are leaving at 9am sunday morning and meeting other riders in wickenburg at 10am. I will pm you directions to my house. I'm still heading up to Globe on saturday for lunch. Andrew, never done bagdad? You will like it, its like a roller coaster! Up, down, left, right. Be weary of blind turns after cresting hills! The bbq in bagdad is good also. Have fun! | ||

Sweet! Can't wait! This will be by far the longest ride I have taken the CR on so far... I have done TTF and SoMo many times but can't seem to ever find someone who wants to ride that long or I'm busy when everyone else is going! | ||
