Is there one type of spark plug that seems to work better than others, in the manual all they seem to want you to buy is the harley brand. |

Denso Iridium Sparkplugs are top plugs as well and widely available. The XB's take model - IXU24 Cost around ten bucks. I have been using them for years. Get 10,000 miles out of them. |
