The year S1 will be 1996-1998, and if I'm not mistaken, identical to one another (with the exception of the S1W, immediately noticeable by the 2.5 collector) It, along with every OEM S1 header is stainless. The size of the collector is clearly stated in the description. 2" Not trying to be rude guys, but come on.
