think I found it out did some more research and they won't without some fabbing, so will just go with the fiberglass ones that I got for free and fab them up.

Don't know why they wouldn't fit, the tail sections are the same.

They fit just fine. You just cant use the bracket that comes with them but to be honest I never did anyway. I use them on my ll25r. they do get in the way of the passenger pegs though.

already have the passenger pegs off. Using them as a mounting point for the hard bags. Just wanted to have an alternative in case these bags I have don't work out. Do the buell bags use the pegs as a way to mount?

no the turn-signals give them some support. I thought they worked fine and I had them full too.

Which Firebolt saddlebags do you mean exactly? I have a set and they fit perfectly, and they were even listed for the 1125 in 2009. There have been a couple different designs I think.

Below is a pic of mine with expansion on the bottom zipped open. They look better with the expansion closed, but this particular day was out of necessity.

The part number on my install sheet says "88209-09Y". Do note that mine are installed opposite the P&A catalog, because IMO it looks better that way.

They are the "S" looking ones. I think they are the older style. I am still thinking of getting them and just having them as a back up pair and just make a different mounting bracket.

Ponti, how did that tank bag work out for you? Is it high enough that you could relax your arms a little and use it to take some weight off them? I got this same tank bag but have not had a chance to use it yet. Just wondering. Thanks.
