I put my fairing on this week. There is a lot of blank real estate there. Anybody got any ideas for decals?

Actually it looks really cool just as it is. I have always been partial to less is more. |

Maybe some tasteful pinstriping. It's YOUR bike...don't bother with what "everyone" else says...unless you also think it needs something. Maybe remove the "Buell" from the tank cover and put it on the fairing at the lower body line of the pod. To me...unless you receive money from these stickers (decals) you are talking about...I have a hard time with "free" advertizing and clutter on the bike. Looks cheap to me. Mike |

It's a very "personal" thing, I went for something just to break the expanse of plastic up a little:

the bike is a 2010 so the tank emblem is a decal and cant be removed without destroying it. i wasnt thinking sponsor decals just a design of some sort nice pics thanks |

hdwrenchtx; three looks and I like it. I agree with 1_mike. In addition to 1_mikes idea follow the lowermost part of the tail line down to the front fairing. below that line could be textured/frame, flat, or glossy black. where did the side 'tank pads' come from? |

Reducati, Where did you get the white pods? I have a similar idea. I already have a white flyscreen and I am looking at a few airbox covers. |

HD, you've been busy on that since you got it. Lookin good. I say less is more though. I like the white as it is. But also subscribe to the idea of "do it the way ya like it." Enjoy the ride! Looks great though. |

Danny - it's supposed to be frayed because of the speed, no other reason. It never occured to me it could be interpreted any other way |

It does look very cool as it is IMHO the Ducati 848 in white is one of the best looking bikes around at the moment, maybe check it out for inspiration? How about just some "1125R" decals on the side? |

Thanks for the ideas the side tank pads are from American sportbike I forgot what they are called but I have the snakeskin pattern http://www.americansportbike.com/shoponline/ccp0-prodshow/16146.html (Message edited by hdwrenchtx on March 07, 2010) |

Generally if you ask whatever tire manufacturing company you use they will throw you decals for free! I have a Dunlop decall on my Cyclone and a Penske racing shock decal on my forks. |

Not sure how to put pics up here, but I have a red 09 and left the fairings black, and put a little American flag down on the bottom of the fairing just to break it up but not be over the top. |

You need at least 5 little German(BMW) or Japanese(big 4) flags between the mirror base and the rear part of the upper fairing,a conversation starter and you'll be an ace |

jkelly...did you do that with photoshop? The 2 pics you took are exactly identical down to the guy standing next to a car in the top left corner? Just being observant. |

Does anyone have the EBR logo on a bike yet? If so did you have it painted on or is it vinyl. Where did you get it and how much did it run? |

i will have it on mine, (see picture above) i have permission to use it from Erik, its included in the whole wrap that the bike is having, that runs to £400.00. they wont do individual ones unless the end user can prove that they have permission to use it. wkd1 |

Hdwrenchtx, I see your 1125R is up on ebay. How did you like the fairing on it? Any thought to selling the white fairing separate? |
