Ive been looking into replacing the stock speedo with something aftermarket, similar to the dual sport gauges. Before I drop the coin on something like this I was hoping to see what sort of problems I might run into as far as hard wiring existing wires into the new speedo. Will the stock Speed Sensor work? and things of that nature. Just wondering if anyone has been down this road yet.

You could check out the speedometers from kosonorthamerica.com they have some cool speedos.
