I'm not Botmastermike. I'd love to have one of those Zero bikes for tooling around the boonies. Eventually the battery researchers are going to wring many times as much power density as is available today. I'm looking forward to an electric bike that goes 300+ miles between charges.   Badrap Posted on Wednesday, March 03, 2010 - 11:37 am:        I saw a motorcycle show on TV where they were riding three of these machines around in the desert and they looked like they worked fairly well for an electric bike. They even did a deep water crossing that was up to the front fender with no problem. From what I could tell they are very light weight.
