i ordered a 8 cell about 2 weeks ago i have sent them about 5 emails to no response .does any one no if they are still trading or on holiday

You know, I had the *exact* same experience with those guys. It took forever to get my battery, and then when I basically threatened to cancel my order I got one overnight.

My gut feeling was they are "honest but highly disorganized".

Erik Buell Racing has some incredible exotic light batteries that will be available maybe next week. Really expensive, but super light and great performance. 1190RR Superbike stuff.

You don't happen to know whether the race fairing and radiator set-up (no fan, radiator perpendicular to bike) happen to be in the works at EBR? I emailed them a few weeks ago, and haven't heard back yet. I expect they are busy replying to orders and service issues, so they may not be able to get back to me for a while....

Stirz,

Don't have any e-mail in the EBR e-mail box asking about perpendicular radiators and fairings. I suggest you re-send. Do you have the correct e-mail address? I've noticed people posting that they are sending mail to us that isn't answered, but we're not seeing it. I wonder if there is a wrong e-mail address floating around?

Spam filters? Sometimes they can be over zealous and if too many key words are used, the filter will delete it.
