Enjoy the new toy! I almost got my R out today but the driveway was still a little too slick. I'm in Kalamazoo. |

155 is where I let off on the R. The zx14 is what I went a little faster with. We could use another Buell in our rides this summer. I have an 08R and an 09 uly, my friend has a 09 CR. We are still out numbered by Jap stuff in our rides. At 160 it won't take long to get here and that would get it broken in properly! |

Its was really warm in ohio 46 degrees and I was very tempted to take the bike out today. Zackxb12s If you have any questions there is many good threads on the little quirks that may arise .You the search tool or pm others for a quick knowledgeable solutions.Although be careful when buying accessories.Especially tuning aids. Some piggy back computers have proven to be a waste of money .I have had a couple of products I wish I wouldn't of bought.Good luck on your new great American ride. |

Only about 41 degrees at my house, I even put salt down on my driveway but still did not look safe to get the bike out of the garage. I really want to try out the new EBR ecm and it looks like I missed the chance, snow tomorrow. |

I had the bike out in CLE for the first time since November. Second short jab at the starter and she fired right up. Too bad I had the license plate off (in the process of a tail chop). I came around the corner to find TWO cops at the end of the street. Fortunately they were too busy to pay much attention to me as I eased up a side street and beat feet home. |

The guys at work think I'm crazy because I ride in the snow, rain and cold as long as the snow is not covering the roads. Have a fresh wet 8 inches of snow this morning. This Sucks! |

'09CR and '99M2 here in Muskegon. I pretty much ride alone around here as most of the Grand Rapids repli-racer guys ride over to Grand Haven, park near the water, and admire each other's leather pants. I pulled in last summer to Butch's beach burritos (a poser hangout) with the '00 Excelsior and had fun watching them try to process what that bike was. I seem to always come across a blue M2 blasting around the back roads, but no where else. Haven't seen him in some time. I hope he still has the bike. Tired of wating for warmer weather...trailering the FJR down to Daytona this weekend. |

"I feel your pain,"Kirb.I see a lot of sport bikes around here but they are mostly college age kids that don't want to hang with an "old man" so I run off while they are stunting in the parking lot.All of the guys my age ride cruisers so I end up just running off and leaving them.I will probably NEVER do another poker runEvery now and then I meet someone like me at Turner Bend on the Pig Trail but they are usually from somewheres else so we part ways when I saddle back up.Oh well.It is still fun! |

Had the r out yesterday for a few hours. It was around 40 or so, but I had to test out the new grip heaters!!! I installed the Symtec heaters with a Uly right side switchgear assemy. Those things get plenty warm on the low setting. |
