i was told at mancuso crossroads location that a bragg meeting was going to happen at 10:30 sunday morning the 15th of june. because of fathers day they said there would not be a ride taking place. i'm going to try to make it before doing my fathers day stuff. | ||

rode the m-2 to the brag meeting. rained all the way there and back but i'm not going to a motorcycle group meeting in my truck! one other hardcore (idiot like me?) rode a bike. six people including dave who held the meeting. time was short so i did not stay long. there was some talk about a track day in september at texas world speedway. that sounds cool. the last time i rode that track was in 1975! later. edited by philip on June 15, 2003 | ||

happy birthday to you. it has been quiet. i rode about a hundred miles last saturday out 290 and 2920 into tomball and deckers praire to visit some old racing buddies. hooked up with some bros on rice on 290. these dudes ran 100 mph and up for miles! when they started passing between cars and on the shoulder i decided to bail. taking my daughter surfing today and have work and family stuff all weekend so can't go far. mancuso crossroads is having a birthday bash sat. the 28th. sent me a card to enter to win a sportster. might make a quick run by there. later dudes. | ||

Which JCI? I won't go anywhere near the one in Houston near K-Mart, just too much bad karma down there, but if anyone feels like going to the one in the Woodlands I'll show up. However, I'll be on something green and purple. No, I didn't sell the S2, and I'm not going to... ever... period... end of story.. Now I'm a multiple bike guy again. Anyone feel like hitting the Woodlands Street Meet tomorrow night? I still haven't had a chance to show the Ninja off to anyone now that she's decent looking (Color-rite is awesome, and I'll leave it at that). Assuming the wives don't blow a gasket Rob and I should be able to head up there around 7-ish. Look for a yellow blast and green/purple ZX7R. On another note, looks like I'll have time to move things around and clean the S2 Sunday, so she's going in the living room. It's just too damned hot in the garage to store artwork  The poor thing has gotten pretty filthy with all the riding I've been doing on both bikes lately so it's going to take forever to clean her up. Oh well, I have a can of S100 and... hmmm... I made a billet toe peg and made a mounting stud by hand (which sucked, I hate turning steel). Maybe I can guilt him into cleaning the bikes | ||

I'll be doing some somewhat intricate glass repair (patching one hole that was ground through and a couple dozen misdrilled mounting holes, all structural repairs), so if you want help with your project bring it over. I'd come to you bot I can't carry all the stuff in any vehicle that I currently own. | ||
