Er, if you're wondering about the one for the 1125R then you could check out KDFab's website. Here's a link to the 1125R SS Drummer http://www.kdfab.com/drummer%201125%20ss.htm I have one on my 1125R and love it. |

I was wondering if anyone had a pic that didnt have a black pipe. How it looks out of the box. I wasnt sure if that was the stock product of if someone had it coated black. I kept looking on the site but the more I looked the more I thought that pipe was 2 toned. Notice how the right side pics are flat black and the one left side looks like it has a shine or is unfinished SS? Were talking 7 kegs worth of ice cold refreshing Heineken here that I will never enjoy the crisp finish of because of this pipe. Not a cheap investment by any means. In fact all the guys here in the AA meetings say Im nuts to switch to Natty Light for an exhaust pipe. (Message edited by kc10_fe on February 21, 2010) |

I just sent KDFab a message about the coating as well. He said it's all finished with a matte black when it ships, to include the collector and midpipe. I personally want my pipes to match the headers I already had ceramic coated so I asked him if he could leave the midpipe and collectors unfinished. He's more than willing to work with customers on things like that, so if you don't want the black then just send him a message. |

Funny...I have to really think about many of the acronyms thrown around on forums, since they just don't come natural for me. I knew what PBR was without hesitation. |

"best part its American made " What, Drummer's not American made? I don't own one, but surely Kevin was the firstest with the mostest. With the BS that's been handed to him on this forum, surely he's risen above it all and HE deserves our respect of anyone. |

Red, please find me where someone said the Drummer is not American made. Many of the various aftermarket pipes are made in the US, many are not. |

Red, Where did ANYONE claim the Drummer wasn't made in America? My R was the bike the Drummer was prototyped on I believe (or at least it was its first customer). It is the bike in the pictures on Drummer's site. Sadly the PO took the Drummer off before the sale :-( ac (Message edited by avc8130 on February 25, 2010) |

I was cleaning Loretta today and noticed a spot of paint had come off the Drummer. I played a little and think I'm going to polish the can and leave the mid-pipe black.. maybe polish the headers... So far it's only stripped on one side. Next snow storm, I'll pull it and polish it.

Cool, Zac. Looks good. I dig the black, think I'll leave mine as it came. Anyone considering the Drummer will not be disappointed. Amazing product. R |
