forget the spread sheets new things are on the way. !!!!! see ecmspy.com The original guys whom I use to work directly with are doing more stuff. I am looking over the new tuning guide as asked. If I see anything needed to be corrected IMO or added to they want to know. Any One else see anything please post or forward and it will get to the proper person to update. first! The full ecms layout are now public view. These have the cvs and tuner pro files open. with these no sheets are needed. you have access to ever part of the ecm. get Marks tuner pro program its free, get the tuner pro files and the cvs files. load those baby's up and you have full ecm data. make your changes and apply to the eeprom page. simple as that. same thing in winols as we did before. way back when we didnt have timing tables and ect in the file on ecmspy. back when it was basic. we had to trans fer files through spread sheets from one to the other. Some seem to have forgoten where ecmspy started in the USA and who was the USA beta tester for non released versions. second! mono is in last stages of testing, it does every bike xb and 1125 its not far out. see ecmspy.com for the links. refresh your links as there data base updates regularly. I have a compiled sheet set that links directly to there servers. with this said spread sheets are old news just like tomorrows computers and yesterdays trash. Ecmspy.com is the best and always will be!!!! I'm Just passing on what I was told I could From the Main team Members Over Seas. Mike |

I wish I was smart enough to figure out what to do with this stuff. Is there an idiot's guide to explain how to get started? I could not get the page for Mark's tuner pro to work. Does that work for the 1125, or must you wait for Mono to work with the 1125s? (Message edited by puddlepirate on February 15, 2010) |

Ecmspy is providing all the data they have open to the public on the ecm values and locations. they have had this data longer than anyone outside of buell and the oem of the ecm. once you download the files from Ecmspy. load the templates to the tunerpro. from ther put in your ecms txt file. your done. you then have every detail with explanations and adjustments. bikes from 2000 to 2010 xb and 1125 The spread sheet days are over. I have numerous ones we used over the years dating back to 2005 when ecmspy was only fuel maps and you did all other changes in the hex on the eeprom page. spread sheets were nothing new nor were they priority to any single person. open data on the sheets can be traced to 2005 online in history section of many forums. forget the crap forget those sheets. the new ecmspy will be here soon. you 1125 guys will love it. same cable. plus us xb guys will have fast access to sections and I don't need my personal sheets. the tuner pro page may be hitting bandwidth limits with the downloads. these are a super hot ticket. keep trying. remember this is a world wide project. so depending on time zones some times are better to download than others. I'm not the maker I am the messenger. mike |

Can this be used for live tuning changes? Can adjustments be made to the bike while it is running on the dyno with his setup? |

Was able to load both files but the tables look really scrambled using my 062 flash txt file. First you select XDF file under the XDF drop down. Then open Bin and select the ECM txt file under the file drop down. Or is this wrong and why my tables are scrambled. (Message edited by xbswede on February 15, 2010) |

XBswedge explanations on this type of data will come from ecmspy.com I am the middle man this section I don't have all the answers "sorry". "Update" I was told to report any info to ecmspy.com on scrambled data. They have links to the email on their website. From there they will follow through to see its corrected. Also, I was told the files update in there Database instantly once they address new files. Therefore, you will always want the current files from there server. They said the best way to do that was to update your files regularly. Mike (Message edited by Xoptimizedrsx on February 15, 2010) |

At the present time, it requires a user account and password to get it. It does exist. Email Gunter and ask nicely, you might actually get a copy. I did. |

As soon as someone actually uses this program; please post your experiences with it. I am very excited to learn all that I can. I am currently using the old ECM spy (completely stand-alone ie. no O-S-B)and love the prospect of trying out this new one! |

The ecmspy website still states that the software is no longer available to the public.

I assume this still works on the DDFI and DDFI2 ECMs? I just sent him an email to see what is going on. Is the connector the same for the older XB and the 1125? Just wondering if I can send off a Bluetooth device for testing. |
