I think I am going to have to sell my 08 Uly, and can't figure what it's worth, as there are not any on the market near me. It has 9700 miles, is in great shape with a new battery (on the way), factory side cases and top case, barkbuster storm guards. All it needs is a new rear tire to be road ready. If I could get a general idea of what it's worth, I'm going to cut the price to get it gone quickly. I truly hate to sell this machine as it has been a rock solid performer and a true pleasure to ride... but a bad financial position, not of my doing, has put me in a position that it looks as if it has to go. If anybody on here is interested, you can contact me about pictures and such. Bike is located just north of Nashville, Tn., and if I decide to sell it will likely be a great deal for a rider. You got a good deal, I've got 7k in mine, bought used last Summer, but would let it go for less than 5800 right now. I hope you enjoy yours as much as I have mine. These are truly great riding machines, I know I will get another one in the future. I wouldn't think of selling it, but my kin needs the money in a bad way, and it's all I got to give. Jack | ||

$5500 is a GREAT price! I bought a totaled 08XT (easy tip over) for $5000 last May. Now I wish I would have waited. Funny thing, when mine came in the shop it had a Tennessee plate on it! Most of the damage was from the shippers. If you don't have a Uly yet, you ought to beg borrow or steal to get one. | ||

$5500 for an 08.... WOW, that's a great deal! I remember back in 05 I couldn't wait to get mine, paid full retail and was jumpin for joy when I got it! Anyone got a 10? I'll give you $5631.99 for it!! | ||

I still have the bike for sale. as it turns out the bike had several issues beyond a battery, it now sports a new stator, voltage regulator, battery, and spark plugs. Also installed a new Dunlop 616 rear tire yesterday. Since I've added all these new parts I have to raise the price to 6000.00, but still an awesome deal. As far as I'm concerned, XB still has priority on the bike after all the crap he went through, but if he hasn't accepted in 24 or so hours, it will be made available.
