American Sport Bike's exhaust shootout... pretty much the bible for upgrading your exhaust. If you want to save money just get an aluminum Jardine. Best can for the cash, unless you homebrew a Drummer-style can. Since Buell stopped building race cans they sometimes go for upwards of $300 on eBay. As for remapping, well, good luck finding someone who can dyno a Buell. But with ECM Spy (free), an ECM cable($20-$40), and some reading (also free), you can at least dump in a good baseline map for your setup. That's all I did with mine, and she runs fine. I'd like to throw you towards Tattoo72, our resident exhaust builder, but he has been MIA for a while. I guess he got himself a decent job and hasn't got time for it anymore. Several of us have access to the maps and experience with the software. Just ask.
