just curious as to how many XP owners are on here. I believe there were 137 made? if I am wrong please tell me. If you have one post it here and keep us updated on it. Is there a way to tell what the # of production would be? |

Very nice. Those cases are pretty nice looking. I've always been kind of luke warm about the Journey cases. |

I bought an XB12XP a few weeks ago in Billings (Beartooth). I'm picking it up in April. |

Reindog has one as well, but it isn't listed in his profile at this time. SDHD took off all the lights when they sold it to him, but they left the lighting control box under the seat. |

so 18 out of 137? I know of a couple on ADVrider too. I wanted to get a count up since we are sort of a rare breed... Thanks for the info Admin! I'm going to try to keep this thread close to the top. Do you guys know how to tell what # produced according to the vin I have? |

I got mine at Gail's HD in KC. I totaled my XT in November. So I replaced it with an 09 XP. I like it but I miss the shorter XT. |

Given that its estimated that about 15% of Buellers are on Badweb, it sounds right. There probably is a few XP's still unsold. Jammin has one that wasn't sold yet last i saw. |

Long time lurker here: I have a black 09 XP from Cowboys in Austin. No pictures, but it is by far the best bike in terms of comfort for long distance riding. (Have an orange 06 Lightning Long too---love it too, but the XP is what I pick to ride nearly every time.) (Message edited by mv2devnul on February 12, 2010) |

I absolutely love mine! More than I loved the CityX, which was better than the M2, which was better than the Blast I had- this is wayyy better. Timbo still has the lights and siren on his! I wish I had the matching top box with mine though...... |

Seminole wouldn't even talk about selling their XP's back in oct. Completely avoided the question. As Uly's go, that would be the one to have. Especially a 2010 with the added improvements. If they ever made any 2010 XP's? |

Anybody have any solid proof that although the black IS stealthier, white is faster? Anyone? |

That's it pick on the black one... I've heard there is a skip spark mode programmed in the ECM to cut the engine out in 4th and 5th at a certain speed on the XP models.....so if yours has been flashed unlike mine it IS faster! |

Hey Blasterd, If you want the matching top box for your XP, now is the time. Hooligan is selling them for cheap in the classifieds section. http://www.badweatherbikers.com/buell/messages/21/ 524639.html?1265497757 Mine actually showed up with the matching key code with my side cases. I wonder what the odds of that are? |

Sucks that the bike finder doesn't have a listing for XP. Nice deal on the bags. |

wait. Skip spark mode? I've hit the limiter many times, but I'm not sure if I have in 4th. Sounds like I need to figure this out. What RPM does it hit? |

My XP is the fastest because it came from the factory with a black air box but a white screen. A true black and white. BTW, great bike. |

I've owned mine since October and it's never been washed either! I'll research the sip spark, limiter thing again. Can't remember where I read it or what RPM but it shuts the bike down at 110mph I believe it was. |

xpchandler, I think you have us all beat! I was thinking of switching to the madstad setup with his black flyscreen. That would give me the opposite of you. Still, yours is factory, so, you got us all beat |
