By 'crank' you're meaning 'crankcase', I hope; because that's what's changed, at least on the r/h side where the glass is. Though a new crankshaft IS (WAS) one of the changes for Oh-Ten. |

1. Make sure your engine (2008 / 2009 / 2010 models) outlasts your warranty by a LONG time; new engine is $6,250 (discounted to $5,000 at some suppliers).
price must have went way down since i checked hd-net when the 1125's came out. at that time it was telling me damn near 10grand for the motor! i about choked. |

Funny -- my HD dealer told me that the rotax motor only cost $3500. Even at that price it makes sense to buy a second bike for parts! |
