Hey just wanted to say that Im some what new to Buell and this forum, have got a lot of good tips for my bike on here so I wanted to say thanks for everything, to everyone who posted on this board... Another thing is I wanted to recommend Odie from Special Ops... I ordered an exhaust from him but he didnt have one done that he could ship to me, so even though my bike is my only mode of transportation, I went ahead and sent him mine and he got it back to me in about two weeks... The product is great and sounds even better, just what I was looking for... I would recommend him to all you out there, he is a great guy and very easy to work with... Thanks again Odie...  | ||

He is still around, he just doesn't post much anymore. He has two full time jobs, and does the Special Ops exhausts on the side in between all the other things he needs to do in life. Piotr12, I would drop him another email. | ||

He's a super nice but VERY busy guy. + 1 for me as well I love my ops pipe! I got lucky early in the year and he already had one done. So my turn around was less then a week for the pipe. The chopped tail and thermal barriers took a coupe weeks, but well worth the wait. | ||

Odie is slow with emails sometimes... I got a little nervous last year when I sent the exhaust off, it took a little longer than planned & he was slow to reply. The guy is handling a lot & doing this between everything else. But.... the work is awesome, its affordable, it happily works with the stock open loop fuel map without running lean. its a great great great exhaust. Here are some pics on my Uly!   | ||

Doom - I checked it a bunch of times during the summer and fall, and can't feel any real difference in temp using my arm mounted thermometer, no additional wear, and no schmutz sticking to it (I don't have the breather re-route ... yet). Overall, very happy, and the 'ricers' are jealous 'cause they think I'm 'pre-heating' my tires ... | ||

my buddy Andrew (ZX12RXB12r) has been waiting a while for his muffler. he doesnt come here often. I advised him to buy a buell and to join this site. he sent it out early december. odie has told him for 4 weeks he'd ship it and give him a tracking number but hasnt yet. By no means am I bashing odie. Ive never heard any bad about him amd understand hes a busy man. Besides its not my place to judge I just wanted to share this so people can be prepared to wait.
