Reprogramming could be done remotely through the internet via something like VNC or Teamviewer. Install software, send map, hook up bike, connect to remote pc, program the ecm as needed. Charge a flat rate to connect and flash the ecm? Maybe charge $50 or ....? Whatever your hourly rate is, charge that amount. That way you (Easyrider) and the customer know that it gets done right, since "you" flash the ecm with the correct data in real time. I know for a fact that VNC works over a dialup connection, but it is kinda laggy. However, it will work.

Since the weather has closed in here in TN, I'm going to send my ECM back to Easyrider and let him flash it with the MPG/ Power map. |

WOW, it's sure can be expensive to ship things over the big puddle. For less than a pound it ranged from $50 (6-10 working days to customs) to $100 (5 working days to customs). After it arrives at customs it may take an hour or days. Hope I filled out everything correctly! |

Easyrider that's not fair!! I'm suffering from PMS (Parked Motorcycle Syndrome) and now you are teasing me!!! Don't stop it's too much fun.
I've got the stock ECM plugged in now. Until the snow melts I'll be the one down in the garage sitting on the 1125rt making motorcycle noises ;+} More snow Friday night.
