I was hoping some of you guys with different aftermarket exhaust systems could post sound clips and some information about the exhausts your running.I'm looking for a deep throaty note that's loud enough to hear, but not obnoxious. Any clips you guys can post would be great. From what I've found so far, I'm leaning toward the Torquehammer,Exbox,Drummer or,............ Thanks in advance for the help. | ||

Ex-Box was an exhaust that QD exhaust was going to make for the Buell. No word on the product in along time. QD only makes a slip on similar to Jardine, HMF, and FMF...no ex-box These are the prototype photos... http://www.buellchat.com/showthread.php?t=385 | ||

my rig: IMHO most web exhaust videos have very distorted sound due to the loudness. My video was recorded with $80k + equipment. Mine is not distorted. | ||

lol, barker you're the only one to post up, and wouldn't you know I've already scoped you out on youtube. The reason i asked here is so that i can make follow up posts for specific questions unlike youtube where what you see is what you get. Thanks | ||

T man, Awesome exhaust! I love both the looks and the sound of it. However, my concern, other than the price, is the db level. I like to do trackdays and am afraid that I wouldn't be allowed to run on the track with this exhaust. Do you know what db level it is rated? I know that it comes with db killers but would prefer to not use them if I don't have to. | ||

The 'race' version - which is what I have; tests at 112dB at 6000RPM without the included inserts, 107dB with inserts. The street version kicks out 100dB. | ||
