"The fairing kit for the AMA bike is what I'm looking for. Who makes this kit?" The side fairings everyone refers to are vacuum formed plastic and do not have a belly pan that works with them due to the stock muffler and clearance issues. The AMA bodyset was special made through the racing department and could possibly be purchased through EB Racing's new venture in either glas or CF. It does not support the use of the stock muffler, however, many aftermarket exhaust systems could fit nicely. |

Just got my set. Now to mock them up, drill some holes, make some brackets, then off to paint. |

Nice! Are you going to stay with the stock radiator setup? Keeping the fans? BTW is this a track bike? (Message edited by duggram on January 18, 2010) |

I'm keeping stock radiator/fans. This is going to be a race/street bike. I'm going to cut for one headlight, and run my race numbers on the other side. Will pull the headlight and put in one of the fiberglass headlight fillers (that I will get from EBR if they become available) on race day. |

Palmer, That looks absolutely sick (sick being good)! Love the 999'esque headlight setup! Ride it with pride. It looks incredible! Well done, sir! |

Hey Palmer, It is a sick bike nonetheless. I won't hold it against you, for I too am a proud owner of a red CR. Picked it up last month. Just dropped it off yesterday for it's 620 mile (1000 km) service. Buell Köln really did an awesome job on that 1125R. Enjoy your CR in the Italian countryside for me! |

from the sea through the countryside to the alps, Italy is the dream country for every buell-addicted-boy. We have way to much corners to explore for a single life. Anyway, enjoy the 101, I missed my CR there! |

Here is a pic of mine with the Catalyst Racing Composites full race fairing. I love the set. They fit well (and crash well). The holes are premarked so drilling is easy.

Chris What did you do for brackets? I haven't test fitted mine yet, but am wanting to gather what I'm going to need. |

99Buellx1- I ended up using a narrow piece of sheet metal. Drilled holes in it and mounted the top side to the bottom on the peg brackets. It was a cheap solution. I am going to most likely get something better in the near future but it works for now. To mount the uppers to the lowers I just used some small machine screws and fender washers. All of the other mounting areas you can use the factory holes. |

Chris...That looks sweet.. What did that setup cost you? |

J_copeland- I think that it ran around 600 for the race setup. The street setup is a bit pricier. You can check out their website and see if there is a local dealer for you. |

Looks very good Chris. Not big on full fairing but you make it look natural. If that's a recent pic, check the fork leg by your non-recall brake line. My brake line was fine on inspection but it had rubbed a deep valley into the fork leg. Warranty fix, but I'm just sayin'. Zack |
