Well, the time has come for me to confess a serious transgression. Any of you that know me already know I'm somewhat of a Buell wh0re. Yesterday was the day that I had to admit it to myself. I have a problem. Mainly the biggest issue is that my garage isn't big enough anymore. I think I have a hoarding problem. So what do I do? See for yourself. I've gone to the fuely side! Can I get an AMEN for Buell addiction?
Yeah, it's dirty. The ride home in the trailer was a bit sloppy. Crap, now I have another forum to keep up on. Big, Bad & Dirty... I kind of like the sound of that.. It needs a bit of work, 10,500 miles, bad battery, some broken bolts, bent L rear bag mount and misc rattles. It should be good to go by spring. Now the big question, what do I ride to homecoming? The faithful S2 or the new kid? Decisions, decisions.. Brad One more thing, Holy Crap are these buggers high! I think I need the lower seat... BTW - There 4 Buells hiding in the pic above. I'll have to take some pics this afternoon to completely show the madness and my SEROIUS lack of space. |

brad, do you think we can start a support group for our sickness before something terrible happens like go out and get one more bike that our garage won't handle.

My wife is ready to divorce me! The last time I wanted to get a little "frisky"....I swear I heard her mumble the words "Why don't you go outside in the garage and F**k that bike!" I always wanted to put an ad in the paper reading... WANTED: Good woman with a Buell. Please send Pics of the Buell! |

You can buy 3 good used Buells for the price of 1 new Jap bike or 6 used Buells for the price of one new Hardly Ableson. My stable has a 99 Tbolt, 04 FJR 1300, and an 01 Suzuki DR 650. |

i know i can get a number of buells for the price of the harley but i do like the ultra and no intention of getting rid of the 83 fxrt. and with 5 buells, i think i can keep my sanity for a while. |

Brad, welcome to the darkside. The Uly is a very capable machine. Rides well on the highway, around town and on dirt roads. You can carry a lot of stuff on them and they are very reliable. I cannot find any fault with them. That being said I would take a S2 over a Uly. |

Funny thing... I got one 2002 M2 bought brand new 8 years. I have never felt the need for another Buell. Personally, I think that was the bike that got it right and it's been all down hill since then. Of course it is just an opinion. |
