 Hi All! First time, Long time. Stoked to be among you. Found you guys (& gals) two weeks ago, and have been reading your posts ever since. Very helpful & informative, much appreciated. I have been riding a 2003 Buell XB9S for the past six years, and on Sunday afternoon, December 13, 2009, I took delivery of my new 2009 1125CR. I am overjoyed to have been able to get my hands on it. When not riding it, I can be found out in the garage staring at it. Only mod so far is the Jardine Fender Eliminator kit which cleaned up the back end nicely. Purchased from American Sportbike, which I can't begin to say enough nice things about. Alan knows his stuff & Joanne is a pleasure to work with. Well I suppose I'll keep my first post brief. I'm sure I'll have plenty to discuss down the road. Really glad I tracked you guys down. I feel like that Bee-girl at the end of that Blind Melon video. Peace! All the best in 2010! | ||

Hi folks, Bought my 2009 Red 1125 CR on Oct. 21st. To say the least it is an interesting machine. I have only put 159 miles on it an I look forward to Spring. I am looking to install a Jardine RT5 exhaust and will also replace the rear plate bracket with a unit sold by St. Paul H.D. it will clean up the fender quite a bit. Central Maine H.D. located in Hermon Maine is where I made the purchase. I have bought several motorcycles from them and they are a fantastic dealership. I look forward to using this web page hope everyone have a good day and work week. | ||

Bought my used red 1125R on Jan 2nd for $5500. Less than 1100 miles on the clock and looks like it just rolled off the showroom floor. Now I just have to wait a couple of months till winter is over so I can ride it. I'll be busy making a gp shifter and a few other things for it though. Heard of a black 2009 1125CR in San Diego. I had no license yet. Went to DMV @ 7am the next day and passed my permit test missing only one question, cold turkey  Went down there from riverside (85miles) the next day on new years eve and bought that baby without even ridding it. just turned 500 miles riding home tonight. And i LOVE IT!   | ||

Mac inger .... only the red CR's were listed on the find a bike website. the black one wasnt listed. some one had previoulsy bought it but brang it back and it was the test ride bike (had 106miles on it when i bought it). they still sold it to me as a new bike witht the warranty and everything, but with a nice discount. i did get lucky because it was on hold but the guy never came back with the down payment, so i swooped.  | ||

I picked up a new 2008 1125r in November after a deal on a S4rs Ducati fell through. I got it for $8000 Can. OTD and got a $200 store credit because of a small blemish on the fairing. I wasn't very happy the way the bike was preped for delivery. When I trucked it home I found the tire pressure very low, the brake lever almost came to the bar. rear turn signals didn't work and coolant was low. I'm glad I didn't ride it home. I only got a few km on it before the snow came but I think I'm going to like her. I've installed a gel pad and I'm working on making some higher bars. | ||

I heard that Glendale HD/Buell had a white 09 1125r, so I went over to take a look. Seems Doug Polen beat me to it. They are going to use it as an instructor's bike in his school. But Ernie saw me prowling the showroom and scared up another one. I had to join the club. Only mod to date is a license plate. Keeping an eye on you guys though. | ||

Anyway I picked up my 09 red 1125R the day before thanksgiving, and after a whopping 13 miles around the neighborhood and some snow on the ground, i feel like i'm gonna come outta my skin if i don't get another chance to ride until spring. | ||

I bought a wrecked 2008 1125R January 8th 2010. I have received about 77% of the parts I need to get it back on the road. Hoping to have the rest by the end of next week. The motor is in great shape, and only has 4k on it. The damage is all cosmetic. I have been a Harley rider for several years and am looking forward to my new (to me) Buell. Right now I am just fixing up the damaged parts. I am removing the fairing mirrors, installing flush mount signals their place, and bar end mirrors. This summer I am going to make the front end changes to add the RC fairing, upper tree and bars. | ||

Bobbuell1961- I picked up the bike for $2,800. Am about $500 into it, still need to pick up oil, oil filter, o rings, for an oil change. Need to get bar end mirrors. So I am guessing I should be in it $3,400 all together by the time I am on the road. One of my close friends is a lead mechanic at the local Harley dealership here. He had to take the 1125R class when they came out, so I had him check out the bike before I bought it to make sure there was no major damage. I ran the VIN and it has had all the recent recalls done to it already. Going to get the newest ECM flash and I should be good. | ||

Picked my 09 "R" up yesterday afetr my good lady bought it for me for XMas.. I'd actually never even heard one running before (except on youtube LOL) let alone ridden one and I am not at all disappointed. I've already picked up some great info from this site and am really happy I finally have the bike (and the weather is fab outside too!)  | ||
