Chip,my bicycle is an older(2001) Schwinn model "4 banger" with over 4" travel and a new set of Rock Shox "recon351" forks and Hayes brand hydro disks.My motto when replacing components is "at least as good or better".My current XTR cassette is toast as well as the old LX crankset.I might go XT pedals instead of the r tho.My XTR shifters are fine
Not a speed demon.But i can navigate any state forest around the region.It's about staying on the pedals anyway,right? There are a few of us.we should ride sometime.

Last spring while riding at Trout Brook in Holden, I ran into this guy, while headed towards the small bridge you see just to left of him, I have to say I was pretty close before I realized he was standing right there. Kinda got scared for a second and backed off as fast as I could, worried a mother might be near buy.
