Right now my 1125 is a track bike. If I broke the transmission or a rod and needed major work where would I get it repaired? Will HD dealers always be supportive(are they now)? |

For the next two years, I am under warranty so I don't care, my dealer will take care of it. After that, if I need something major, I will decide then depending on the costs to repair and other factors. I have a local powersports shop that probably could do anything I need short of a tire change, they can't because of the large sprockets and brakes. |

Build a relationship w/ a shop now, some dealerships will support the brand now and in the future some will not. I my self took the 7 yr warrantee so i'm going to give her hell and not care too much |

For anyone in the Milwaukee area, one of Buell's lead mechanics has set up shop to do service. He is top notch! http://www.buellservice.com/ |

Speedy at Illinois HD is a Buell racer. Good folks there. |

The two dealers I've had my R at, have never had any idea how to work on the Buells. This last time, after an engine rotation, it came back with more things broken than they fixed. So I'm going to say, it's not going to get better. Buell was always an orphan amongst the H-Ds, and now that there will be no more Buells produced to dilute the cruisers, the dealers will continue to fall behind. |

My dealer signed on for the extended support. 7 year deal I think it was. They have a couple good techs that are good with the Buells. |

Find a dealer that sold/worked on a lot of buells and knows what they are talking about. Even if you have to drive an extra 50 miles it will be worth it in the end. |

I got the 6yr extended so hopefully it will still be honored. Make friends with your Buell tech and maybe you can get work done on the side if needed. |

Unless it's warranty work, the repairs will happen in my garage. |

Same with me. I'll do most things myself. If there is anything major, I'm hoping my local HD dealer will still deal with me on it. |
