Americanmadexb, it's actually looks more like a small rock hit it and rubbed the graphic. The graphic itself is fine. V8, I was thinking it very well could have been. Who knows. Kinda cool backstory on the bike. |

Chris, you got mail. Nickg, yeah, give them a call. I think the 2010s are gone. I think Chris and I (also Chris) got the two they had. In fact, when I was in the office I think I saw his name on the board for putting a deposit on it. Small world. All the bikes on the deposit board were Buells. No HDs on there. Honestly, I think these are helping them in a huge way get past the winter sales slump. They are blowing them out as soon as they come in. Chris (sales MGR) mentioned they had 90 bikes in stock. They are also part of Woodstock HD so I'm guessing they will share stock on these. Anyway, if you want one, there will be one there for you. Good people there too. They'll treat you right. |

Their were only 26 R's built for the states. Here is a little bit of cool info. Last one built on 9-21-09. Went to HD aust pty, 12 tryon rd suite 18, lindfield, NSW 2070 Australia. 26 stayed here in the states with a few going to Canada. |

Red93stang, wouldn't bikes going to Canada and Australia be exported with VINs for those countries? (not trying to say your wrong, just curious) Where did you find this info? It looks like it went to a Ray White. http://www.brownbook.net/business/6837148/ray-whit e-lindfield |

I have someone on the inside with access to numbers and VIN's. I was just saying the last 1125R built went to The Down Under. Yes Canada and Australia gets a export VIN, so only 26R's in the state. |

I will post that up when they decide what they are doing with the Jap models waiting to be sent and or refused. They have told me that the Jap market are the worst for sending stuff back for minor imperfections. |

I think there are a few folks here that would be happy to take one off their hands. I guess they would break those down for parts? Thanks for the updates Red! |

Just looking at the 2010 eBay pics that Hdwrench linked to. Are those hash mark looking lines under the Buell air tank decals standard? Noticed them carried to the air pod decals as well. Any significance of those?? Mike |

Milleniumx1, that's actually the only thing I don't like about the 2010s. The side pod graphics look ok, not great, but ok. The "tank" graphics look cheap. Instead of the raised graphic they used on previous bikes, they used flat vinyl decals. No significance at all, just graphics. I do like the fairing graphic decal. Looks really sharp. |

Thats why I'm glad I got the 09. I didn't like the side pod graphics. But to be one of the 110 people to have a 2010 would be pretty cool. Chris (at McHD) also told me they had a bunch of Buells coming in but that many of them were going to be 08's and some 09's. But the last time I talked to him or Rob they said that they still had 30+ coming. |

Skratch, they have/had a lot last weekend when I went in. Plenty of every color from what it looked. The graphics are an easy fix if they bother me too much. I'll just get replacement air box and pod covers and keep the originals. I do REALLY like the black and white color scheme on them. In person it looks really good. And yeah, having a bike that rare is pretty cool. Mine wont' be sitting in a shrine though. It will be ridden... often. |

Duh, I didn't notice those were just decals and not the raised emblem. It would be cool owning a '10 model, since those are technically the last ones. But for me, I had to have the blue ... So that meant '09 only. BTW, the only thing I missed with the new Buell airbox emblems was that they didn't say "American Motorcycles" like in the past. So I fixed that pet peeve with a subtle (almost hidden except for certain angles) graphic tucked under the windshield >>

Mine won't be a shrine either. hahaha. In the 1125R's they only had white and black when I was there. I went with black. Hoak and Bonner are pretty good guys to deal with. |
