Yes, I couldn't resist. Put this quicky page together for a new owner on another board, waiting to pick his up tomorrow. Just had to share - I know you Buell folks understand. Mike http://youmarketing.net/Buell1125R.html (Message edited by milleniumx1 on January 08, 2010) |

I see you have some of my design work sitting behind your bike in the first photo. |

Mike, nice bike! Enjoy!! I'm certainly partial to white/blue. Relish how clean that rear wheel is now...you'll likely not see it that clean again. |

Now some blue jet hot on the pipes would be a nice touch. Looks great. |

I've got about 800 miles on it, probably washed it as many times as I've ridden it - Hopefully that keeps that rear wheel spiffy! Gowindward, what design work is that? If it's cool, I can add "I know the designer of that" to my bragging list Mike |

Mike, It is the garage door. Wooo Hooo!!! How exotic...right. LOL Oh and the bike looks awesome. I think that is the best looking colors on the 1125R (Message edited by gowindward on January 08, 2010) |

Garage doors don't get the love they deserve. Let one malfunction once, and you quickly realize just how special they are, right?! I was in Singapore once and my wife called me to say our garage door (back in CA) wasn't acting right. Great honey ... How about I fly home to have a peek?! Call a professional Dear. Mike |

Yes, should have told her to hold the phone out in the garage so you could with a stern voice tell the door to straighten up and act right or else!! LOL |

Very cute kid! When my girl was about that age, I was doing a top-end job on my 2-smoke racing CR dirtbike. She had to help, so I gave her the least dangerous "tool" I could find....an old toothbrush. While I was busy putting the jug back on, she found a way to jam that toothbrush way inside the hollow front axle of the bike! I think it took me longer to get the toothbrush out, than it did to do the top-end! I still laugh when I think about it. |

Roadrash, that's funny ... Great memory now that it's over, right?! I have a 22 year old daughter that used to ride with me when she was 5+. Similar story, albeit involving a car since I'm a car nut too >> Getting my newly-completed supercharged 502cid '69 Camaro ready for a show / cruise. She wanted to help change the oil. I didn't notice the tranny fluid containers were the same yellow color as the oil containers. Apparently she didn't either. When I had an 'extra' oil container left after adding all it should take, that's when it hit me. You'd be amazed how smoky that is when you start it, even if you do try to flush it first. Mike |
