Grand Stand Designs can get you a belly pan, but they don't interface exactly with the Buell lowers. I looked, and didn't find anything that interfaced properly. |

I'm in the process of creating one as i am fairly talented with glass and creating molds. If you want when I'm completed I should have a mold to where I can create 'extras' either of glass or cf if you are interested. Andy |

I suspect you'd find a market for those - I'd certainly be interested if the price/quality is right and if you'd ship to the UK |

I second that - I am looking for a belly pan to fit the factory Buell lowers as well. |

Andy! i would definitely buy one from you depending on the look.... what kind of look are you going for? what fairings will it work with and what exhaust? I Love the way this one looks! as mentioned is this thread:http://www.badweatherbikers.com/buell/messages/290431/527014.html?1262965551

By the way Andy: I love the way the photoshop pic fairings don't cover up the motor and header, i hate the ones that do... they make it look like a pansy bike hiding all that American muscle that bike looks straight mean! |

"American Muscle" I know it's wrong but that made me chuckle... It's really "Austrian Muscle", OMG I just realised that it's like Arnie (Schwarzenegger), Austrian muscle that really only ever "made it" after going to the USA.. You know, a CR with a Terminator paintjob would look pretty sweet, that headlight cowl would make a pretty good Terminator skull |

OK Jules: you got me, the motors are Austrian. That's cool though. . . just like the Holden Cars are basically GM! All the same too me as long as its not jap crap we are on the same page. And that paintjob would look awesome, it would complement that pic i posted. |

I as most of you out there have the factory buell side fairing. With the lack of aftermarket parts I decide to make my own. As it stands now, I have already glassed the base against the frame and exhaust, poured the foam on top of the base, and now working with the foam to create something that looks right as well as slick. Once I finish, all I have to do is create a negative and then I should be able to create as many as I want. I orginally went this way as I intented to create 3 just for myself since I have some bad luck with bottoming out on previous bikes. |

Capt_America, I know that is what I am making the front look like, to bring it up and mount flush with not only the side fairings but the radiator. Andy |

You haven't sold anything yet. Don't post a price here or even how to contact you. Do it all through the PM system. I, too, would be interested in one depending on cost. Sometime too much info will get you in trouble here. Be very vague about it and you shouldn't have any issue. Besides, you haven't even completed one yet, you may decide it ain't worth the hassle!! |

I wanted one, then decieded that I didn't want to crash up the Buell sides at the track and decided race bodywork was the way to go. ....now just deciding if I keep the Buell sides, or sell them? |

EB Racing might be offering a full bodyset for the 1125R including a new front fairing, side fairings, belly pan, and possibly a one piece tail section in either glas or CF. The side fairings fit over the sidepods so there is no modifying the stock pieces. We did it as an design exercise for possible race application. The set saves around 6 lbs. or so. It should allow enough room for many aftermarket exhaust systems. If there was enough interest I'm sure EB might look into offering these up on his site. I'll try to look up the part numbers. |

I'd be interested if they made one that fit the stock exhaust and the side panels that are now available. |

"I as most of you out there have the factory buell side fairing. With the lack of aftermarket parts I decide to make my own." I'd like one, to go with my oem fairings. PM me when/if they're available from you. Cheers. |
