Buell fighter. What an awesome bike. Good job. Still one of the neatest Buells made. Wonder what a 1125 motor would do in a frame like that? REX |

James, nice S1! You should send a pic to Dan@NRHS so he can add it to his site (I noticed the decal on the rear wheel). |

Scott, 75.00 for both. Seemed inexpensive...the place had just opened and was trying to drum up business! |

Whitey, more details and pic's of you S1W would be nice. Is that a Braking wave rotor? Looks like their older style one. Where did you find it? And what shock is that? TIA Rocket |

Buellfighter, the more times I see your S1 the more times I think it must look much better in the flesh. Not that it doesn't in the pic's, but I just get the feeling the devil is so much in the detail of the minimalism you've achieved, and that scrapyard dog mean stance you've really enhanced just screams to be seen up close and personal. Yes, I painted mine and doing the taping to get those oh so even lines was a bitch. I guess that's why all the powder coating places I talked to said they couldn't do it. More like they didn't want the headaches of taping them off. They've held up very well ,only a couple of rocks have gotten through to chipping the paint, you have to be looking for it to see them.

I run a 190 on the s-1. It just feels more stable in the curves at high speed. |
