I'm getting ready to order the 2010 ZTL2 caliper (in black) for my XB...of course, this assumes that the ZTL2 logo is machined. If this is true, what is the part number? My local dealer didn't like the part number I supplied from the Buell website. Of course, my local dealer has been wrong before... Froggy? Court? Anyone? |

Be sure to get the ZTL2 Master cylinder with that. Even better the 2010 MC for improved "Feel" |

If you are already in for a couple hundred bucks for a new MC, just get the Brembo RCS19 and call it a day. One of the best upgrades I've made on my track bike along with the Suter slipper clutch... Talk to the guys at Grand Stand Designs...He's an 1125r racer. |

Thanks all. Looks like the Buell website was missing a digit. What is the p/n for the 2010 master? The site shows H0507.1AMD. I can't justify spending $250-$300 on the Brembo, although I'm sure I'd love it. My thought was to go with the stock master cylinder and make sure all is well. Then I'd pick up an OE radial m/c from an R6 or something... |

Thanks. Looks like I should order it now. What exactly was upgraded over the 09? I vaguely recall reading of a seal redesign... |

Buell listed it as 'Piston seal in front brake master cylinder' in their technical changes list |

Looks like the brake caliper is also on backorder. However, I'm told there is not a due date assigned like there is for the m/c. Great, I'm beginning to love this new parts supply arrangement. My last back-ordered parts order took almost 6 weeks to fill and that one HAD a time frame. |

makes you want to pick up another 1125 so you dont have down time waiting on parts right? |

Backorder on the caliper is showing to be clear on 1/15. Shouldnt take too long for one. |
