I happen to love the looks. Tucked up under the bike in "Buell" fashion. It looks like it belongs. Unlike some of the others that hang off the side like an afterthought. |

The Drummer and Race pipe both are tucked underneath, and look pretty. I agree about the ugly look of the TH, but it's cost is justified. |

Buellshness needs a Harldly Abelson I think. Form over function boy I see. I'm with Froggy. It and the Drummer are both ugly as hell but they work better than only other slip on. The TH costs around a grand and can dyno up around 150rwhp with tuning and the power is up across the board. Many lower priced slip-ons costs around half that and they rarely gets over 140rwhp if that with tuning and at times, it's only in the very upper ranges where that extra power is achieved. Costs seem "justified" to be unless that "justification" is centered around looks. If so,,, go buy you a Fatboy pretty boy. |

Again, we can also make a Badweb group buy for the exhaust and the mapping.. price will go down dramatically. Again, we are not a company who would like to win a beauty contest (-: |

How can you not appreciate the look of the Torque Hammer? I like the stainless look better than the black. My neighbor has a 1098 with Termignoni exhaust. Very similar sound. Of course they all look great like this:

Westmoorenerd, we have to make a calculation, Do you think that there will be 10 people?. |

Duggram - nice racebike! The question is: which is faster on the track, your 1125 or the neighbors 1098? Easyrider - depending upon the group buy discount, I am confident you will end up with at least 10 people. Perhaps you can even give price breaks for 10 systems and 20 systems. Given the amount of people watching this thread intently (myself included), there is a lot of interest in your products. Jeff |

Jng, that's easy, me of course. They don't take their 1098 to the track. It is only ridden by the wife and pretty much only to work and back. That bike gets more time sitting in the garage as a conversation piece. Last January at the WERA Vegas race there was a 1098 in one of my classes. I could stay with him on the straights, but he was a much better rider than me and I would lose him in the turns. BTW that was before I got my Torque Hammer. |

Jng1226, I have to calculate never had a case like this big before. I come back on a quote for that In the meanwhile I just finished a 1125CR with the stage 1: What is very clear in the above graph, is the amount of Torque the bike has on very low RPM range. The stock run was: 127.9 HP @ 10068 RPM and 96 NM of Torque @ 8816 RPM The Twin Motorcycles stage 1 KIT makes: 139. HP @ 9897 RPM and 112 NM of Torque @ 7717 RPM Only at 73% Throttle it makes the same amount of Torque (-: |

Duggram, where did you find the lower fairing and belly pan??? |

Belly pan came from Buell but can be bought from Grandstand Designs, Airtech and a host of others. The side fairings came from Grandstand Designs, but they're made by FlexiGlass in BC. Pete at GD imports 'em. |

Thanks for the info. I like the way the side fairings leave the scoops alone, unlike the buell set i have now that covers them up. |

Skntpig, The cheapest way is just plain RVS, can't find the name of it, It is the version as on Duggram's bike. We are not a coating company, so have to do it externally and that would only raise the price.. |

Kaotikevo, please share the pics. I've never talked with Trevor but I hear he's very enthusiastic about his work. You still might get a good deal through Pete at Grandstand. Besides he has a lot of other cool stuff. Skntpig, if you get a plain pipe from Dris and then send it to Pete at Grandstand you can get any color you want, and Pete's a sponsor of this forum. |

Dris: Your dyno chart is exactly the way my 1125rt feels!!! (Go figure) We are going on 9 days in a row below freezing. Wind chill this AM was 0 F and tomorrow AM is supposed to be 8 F, with no wind chill added in. We are seeing temps 25-28 degrees colder than normal (PITA), I want to RIDE!!!) Now back to our regular scheduled program................. (Message edited by ccryder on January 08, 2010) |

Would the prices be lower if folks just went to auto zone to buy the K&N? Shipping a filter is just adding expense correct? I would like this pipe as well and I'm selling off some blood for it. GSD has the pipe and offers other services on its site. I'm still trying to lock in a total price of ownership. I'm a dummy so I'm assuming I need an ECM plus someone to tune it right? How would shipping affect a group purchase? |

Kc10_fe, What I am thinking about now, Is to ship the exhaust only. How more we ship in 1 time the cheaper it gets for you guys. Then I have to solve the ECM programming, all of you guys need to send me the ECM for programming.. And Then I need to know from who it is and what the bike specs are. I think I need some help.. I also Emaild Pete at Grandstand that we are trying to work this out. And that It would be possible to sell them direct too you guys to keep the price down.. In this setup We dont even send the K&N that would be possible if people would like too. |

GSD is about an hour north from my location. When the time comes I plan on taking my bike up there. |
