Does anyone know the internal diameter of the high bars? I am ordering some bar end mirrors and they are asking what inside diameter the end of the bars are. ac |

The ends of the bars are about 3/4 inch for the first approximately one inch at the end of the bars. From there on back into the bar they are much smaller because the bars are double walled except for the very end. I installed a Throttlemeister bar-end throttle lock and had to drill out a couple inches of the double wall so they would fit. I used a 47/64" cobalt bit in my electric hand drill to drill it out and it worked fine. |

I had ordered Oberons with the 17 and 19mm collet. You should be OK with a 19mm. Kirb |

I was wondering the same thing, and ran to the basement... ID without the 'doubler' ID after the 'doubler' depth to the 'doubler' so, outside ID: 18.5mm necked-down ID: 16.4mm depth to necked-down section: 15.7mm This is on the rh side. The lh side was within 0.2mm (or less than 8thou) of the above figures. HTH....I was over at the hardware store looking over anchors.... |
